We supply a wide range of GKD filter belts applied in wastewater treatment plants.

WOVEN SYNTHETIC BELTS ARE EFFECTIVE IN THE PROCESS OF:

  • sludge thickening,
  • sludge dewatering,
  • sludge drying.

THEY ARE USED IN SUCH DEVICES AS:

  • belt thickeners (gravity dewatering tables),
  • belt presses,
  • belt dryers.

Plastic gauzes are characterised by high dimensional and shape stability and considerable flexibility. Additional side reinforcements prevent mesh edges from ripping. Special joint coatings are also used to protect them against mechanical forces. Our woven synthetic belts withstand tensile forces of up to 310N/mm and temperatures of up to 160°C. Being resistant to abrasion and chemicals, our gauzes are suitable for all types of wastewater. Mesh belts used in wastewater treatment plants are usually made of polyester, but special versions made of polyamide, PPS or PEEK are also possible - depending on the treatment process and the type of wastewater.
